Some how Mr Glasgow has been able to create a wonderful business. I wonder why? Did he sit on his ass to wait for it to happen? No, he worked his ass off, he did something different and he made it happen. For fucks sake ask any creative who has made something of their life and you’ll see the struggle they have had. Sure, some have been trust fund babies or new the right people, that stuff exists. If you so concerned about including diversity lets talk about foreigners who are dying to get out of their 3rd world country just to get a job in a country that does not have the level of crime or corruption that is monumentally bigger than the USA/Europe etc. If you so concerned about jumping on some trendy slogan like BLM lets jump on a bigger bandwagon and fight for open borders because there are shit load of people being hurt in more violent ways and dont have an option to get out of their country. You Mr Glasgow are lucky to have been born and raised in London and because of the geographic location you are having a higher advantage of your dice rolling to your favour. For me? I am stuck in a shit hole country that I cannot get out. How is this fair? How is that you have made a life for yourself in this systematic “racism” while I have worked a zillion times harder? I don’t believe the bullshit. Its your choice whether you want to make something of your life, parents have a huge responsiblity on how they raise their kids. If you like to listen to fucking Tupac and not be their for your kids then ask yourself who is to blame. Stop playing the victim and have a positive mindset. There are many, many people of all races, genders that suffer bullshit. If you want to make something of yourself in a “1st world” you have a much better chance of rising above, in a third world country you sunk from the get go. Up to this day most of my work is done over email, working with some huge clients, no one has any idea of whether I am black or asian or if I am living in Rio. As the saying goes, make your work so good that they cannot ignore you. Lets look at the real issue here Mr Glasgow, the governments of the world don’t care about you whether you black or white when you get down to the dirty as truth..anyone without cash they don;t give a fuck about you. No one gave a fuck about my race 10 years ago but now we have brexit and Black Social media artists that get chosen to illustrate for a campaign just because they are black. The world is becoming more raciest and judgemental. The result? Well you just have to look at what is happening the UK, Finland, America..

Wait until you’re no longer the current trending age group. The national design organization I belong to here in Philadelphia had 3 diversity-related gatherings year before last, so after being turned down for the national diversity advisory board, I went. The 3 meeting titles were: Women in Design, Gay Women in Design, and Women in Tech.
